Rachel

Having worked as a secondary school Maths teacher in both the state and private sector within Suffolk and Essex, Rachel began 11+ tutoring Maths in early 2008 (her first private student gained a place in Rugby school - they came back much later for GCSE tuition!).

Since this time, Rachel also worked supporting trainee teacher students at the Suffolk and Norfolk SKITT and also within a local primary school as a subject specialist support for SATs exam level boosting for high ability year 6 students (teaching for gifted and talented year 3, 4, 5 and 6 students).

More recently, Rachel has been supporting groups of year 4 and 5 primary school students in a local primary school to raise their academic levels in maths and english.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Rachel has supported students as an 11+ tutor to prepare for scholarship and grammar school exams since 2008. Helping students through this time to achieve places into the country's top private schools and grammar schools. She has a wealth of knowledge of CEM, GL and ISEB entrance exams and with 16 years of experience considers herself to be an 11+ specialist.

Rachel is educated to masters level, holds a P.G.C.E. and QTS teaching certification and with her wealth of teaching experience up to A' level level, she is able to support students with the 'easiest methods' for the syllabus topics...
